In hotel management, I have to know what the jobs are – how many conferences, banquets, and other events there are before starting my shift – so, as a duty manager, I can prepare everything for the arrival of the guests. When learning English, I need to know what, when and where my classes are.

So, working for me today, that “training” in my previous jobs has always conditioned me to know what needs to be done every day. What content should be created so that I have as many training calls as possible. Without this information, nothing would ever get done because I would have to work on a passive level – waiting for emails or messages to tell me what to do.

Time does not like a vacuum. If you have no plans, something will always take up your time. Low value emails will increase in importance. Doing a lot of “research” because you’re not clear on what needs to be done and mindlessly scrolling through websites looking for inspiration.
If you spend most of the day “snoozing”, look at your plan for the day. Either your plan will be a piece of paper (ie no plan at all), or your plan will try to achieve the impossible – a lot of work, without clear results.
When we talk about having a plan for the day, it doesn’t mean you need to plan every minute of the day. However, in today’s rapidly changing environment, this would be impossible. Instead, having a plan for the day means knowing what you want to do. For example, a paper you are writing needs to be finished, a podcast needs to be edited or your children need to be picked up from school.
Knowing what you want each day before you start gives you focus. It also helps to avoid falling into procrastination because the fight against procrastination starts with knowing what you want to get out of the day.

However, you need to avoid the temptation of over-planning. It is tempting to plan to complete five or six things; The problem is that you will not be consistent in completing it. Instead, commit to no more than three tasks a day. These three tasks should be meaningful, not simple, easy, routine tasks. What are your goals for this week? What are you committed to doing this week?
For example, if you commit to exercise four times this week. With so many training sessions, open your calendar and schedule the sessions. You can also commit to completing the plans for your next project. This removes your stress, because you should only focus on completing the plan, not on completing the project this week. These steps can be committed for another week.
One benefit of reducing your work commitments to just two or three is that you have room to deal with the unexpected. Even if you can control your tasks to some extent, you will never be able to control the events outside.
This doesn’t mean you only do two or three things every day. You will still have your usual tasks, calls and emails to answer. You may not know how much you have to deal with every day, but you know that there will always be some communication tasks to be done.

By doing two or three meaningful tasks, you are forced to prioritize. Most people have no priorities; They cover only the latest and most advanced works. The highest tasks are often the least important. When you plan for the day, you have consciously decided what you will do. This conscious decision comes in a deliberate review of your duties and commitments. It’s a great way to make sure the right things get done: that’s what prioritization is all about.
Improving your time management and productivity isn’t difficult if you keep things simple and don’t overthink. When each day starts, make sure you know what two or three things you need to do that day and when you have to do them.
And that’s it. Focus on it; You will soon find that you feel much better about what you are doing.

We have read a few of his novels and also his sister A.S. Byte. A disagreement arose between the two sisters over the biographical elements in their books. They don’t read other people’s novels. Drabell describes the situation as “typical sibling rivalry,” with Byte saying the argument was exaggerated by gossip. She claims that sisters are always liked (Wikipedia). Drabul wrote 19 novels and Byatt wrote 11 novels, 5 collections of short stories and 7 various non-fiction works.

A day in the life of a smiling woman says it contains her complete short stories. An introduction to the collection by Jose Francisco Fernández notes that these are “wonderful examples of well-crafted stories: well-crafted, thoughtful, focused, unified in tone, deeply experienced, sometimes full of moral tension.” . I loved these stories, and this is one of those rare books that made me want to read a second after finishing the first. The four stories, writes Fernández, are “representative cases of women who have to divide their time between their duties at home and the demands of work […] husband and children” (xii).
The stories, “The Merry Widow”, “The House at Killinch: A Somerset Romance”, “The Caves of the Gods” and “Walking West: A Topographical Tale” all describe women later in life. home Husband, family and work. As I said, I loved them all, but these four were without a doubt my favorite – “best of the best” if you will. I also recognize these four stories as my trigger for immediate re-reading.
In the first of these “Final Four” stories, “My Widow”, Drabble writes: “When Filippo died, his friends and colleagues thought Elsa would cancel the holiday. Elsa was knew that would be their guess. But no, she had no intention She was scheduled to go on holiday, in Philip’s last hours, and in the following weeks of funerals, condolences and letters from banks and lawyers, she was , which he tried to do, he did not expect a party while Philip was still alive: it would have been to revive the pleasures of the past. Another noble effort, tired, sad, overshadowed by Philip’s increasing health and illness. . But without Filippo, the prospect would have dimmed” (151 ). I hope this notice will attract you to one – or both – of these incredibly talented women.
All the works of these two amazing writers are amazing and powerful stories. I read a few novels by all women, and finishing them will be a big part of my sunny days. If you want to get lost reading the works of these late 20th century women
