If yoga is about overcoming obstacles and achieving happiness, Second Side Yoga is proof of that. “If a guy from abroad who doesn’t speak English can do it, we can all do it. Just come if you want to be the best,” Jonas said. Yoga on both sides is a beautiful delivery of yoga.

Why the name of the two sides? We work the right and left sides of our body in yoga. Earlier in the history of our studio, we often found ourselves saying, “I love my side,” when we completed a Vinyasa sequence on one side of the body and moved on. What we do is what we do everything.
All subjects in the photos are our yogis and students who practice with us in the studio. Thank you all for making these beautiful images possible.

Unable to find a way to teach, he began teaching at home, eventually starting Second Side Yoga a decade ago with the help of the community.
