You can get a refund for the unused value of your Autopass card by submitting a completed refund application form (PDF, 61 KB) and your Autopass card to the LTA Customer Service Center, 10 Sin Ming Drive, Singapore 575701 by registration.

LTA is not responsible for data lost in transit. Refunds can only be processed when all required documents and Autopass cards have been received and all vehicle payments have been settled.

If your Autopass card is stolen or lost in Singapore or Malaysia, report it to any local police station in the country.
