This place was amazing when I first walked in. But even if that doesn’t change, they continue to raise rents significantly. “Renovation” includes new light fixtures and cheaper paint – still attached to old light fixtures. It’s not as safe as it used to be. Lots of drug crimes and no one tries to be smart about it.

I’ve lived here for a while and I love it! I love the management here! They are very efficient and professional. Any maintenance issues will be resolved in a timely manner. It is also a very safe community. I recommend!

I’ve lived here at Stadium Place for a few years and I really like it. Management is professional and friendly, and although I had a few issues when I first checked in, they were quickly resolved. If you are looking for an economical place to stay and stay safe, this is my recommendation. There are many people who complain about management because they don’t follow the rules and are not nice.

I have lived here for several years and have had no problems. I have great neighbors and I have made a lot of friends here. Maintenance was very professional and any maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly. I recommend this place!

I have lived in Stadium Place for 7 years and had a great experience. It’s a peaceful place if you have common sense and courtesy to your neighbors and follow the rules. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I took my air conditioner once, but they took care of it right away. Recommended to live here!

I only rent and the truth is I have never been mistreated as a renter. Management is unprofessional at best. Constant harassment with inappropriate “noises” and complaints about others they may bring. Certainly not for people with children. I was evicted after paying the second month’s rent. If you need space, keep looking. trust me
