A performance-based procurement (PBC) workshop was held in collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) to develop a performance management framework (PMF) for maintenance repair (MRO) contracts.

The PBC workshop was attended by officers representing various departments in CAAM with the aim of gathering ideas and important information related to the implementation of the agreements. This workshop is part of the PMF development process, which includes extensive bilateral discussions between and CAAM as the contract manager.

CAAM’s extensive involvement, cooperation and commitment resulted in an optimal arrangement to ensure smooth and effective implementation of PMF development.
